Once the Kilz is completely dried, use a paint roller to apply one coat of the paint to the floor. Use a good latex flat paint for better results. The cheaper the paint the sooner the floor will need to be repainted. Save the time and spend the money now on the higher quality paint.

Become creative after the several layers of original paint have dried completely. Create the faux tile or faux stone design to the floor. Use different designs to make the floor a work of art.

After the additional designs are added to the design of the floor, roll on two coats of Breakthrough sealer with a ¼” nap roller. Make sure to wear a mask for protection with this step since it is not good to directly inhale the fumes of the sealant. Allow the sealant layers to completely dry.
